Because of our remote location in the mountains of southwestern North Carolina and our small size Snowbird is team oriented. Being a recognized leader in this industry our small staff must work together in this rural area to provide the services that our guests have come to expect. Current Positions Available:
Garde Manger/ Line Cook / Sou Chef individual needs to have excellent prep skills, capable of working split shifts, ability and willingness to provide high quality food and presentation, follows direction well, team-oriented.
Servers - personable, polite, needs to be comfortable with people, follows direction well, willing to follow through on side duties, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to work weekends, am/pm shifts.
